Join me while I show you some of Madrid’s creative treasures

We’ll experience authentic Spanish culture, food, customs, and art together in a small group. We’ll be exploring the center of Madrid and some of its surrounding areas, where I’ll introduce you to some of my favorite shops and artisans, museums, workshops, and hidden gems.

I’ll show you why I love living here.

You’ll be staying in a quiet, elegant boutique hotel in the center of the city. We’ll eat in some of my favorite restaurants, catch one of the best flamenco shows in the city, and learn about Spanish crafts while trying our hand at some of those crafts ourselves, including ceramics, glass, embroidery, and even some delicate metal working during a visit to the famous city of Toledo. I’ll also be available to help you with your fabric and trim shopping in some of my favorite spots, where we’ll have special access, and you’ll have a chance to visit my little studio and learn about my creative process.

I hope you’ll consider joining me!
Here's what our first tour guests had to say:

Robin

"This was my first trip to Europe, and I could not ask for a better experience. Liesl has a strong eye for detail and so many things were taken care of for the guests. The suggested places to shop and visit are fantastic. Liesl and Kari brought together a diverse group of people who bonded strongly over the week. Stunning itinerary, great food, amazing art and palaces, and fun shopping. If you appreciate the care and detail Liesl puts into her sewing patterns you will also enjoy this trip. And most importantly, I have a new community of women I am honored to call friends."

Mary

"The tour was so fun, very informational and excellent value for the price. Even if you are not a seamstress you can participate. Highly recommend for anyone who loves crafts and new ideas."

Brenda
